Ex-US agency chief called to explain spending spree
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. congressional committee on Monday called the embattled former head of the General Services Administration (GSA) to testify at a hearing on an explosive election-year scandal over wasteful spending that forced her resignation.
